Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Coding Global Discord application (the "Bot") and this website handle data. By using our Discord server while the Bot is present, you acknowledge the practices described here. We aim to collect only what is necessary to operate community features such as moderation, role automation, leveling, help threads, and server statistics.
Data We Process
We process the following categories of Discord data: account identifiers (user ID, username, nickname), server membership and role information, message content in public server channels, voice channel activity, message reactions, and presence (online status and current activity). We do not process direct messages, and the Bot only operates inside the servers it has been added to.
Member Data
We use the Server Members intent to detect joins and leaves, synchronize role changes, track nickname updates, and maintain accurate member counts and statistics. Member records (user ID, roles, join/leave events, nickname) are stored in our database to power welcome flows, role automation, moderation, and leveling.
Message Content
We use the Message Content intent to provide automated moderation (spam, scam, and phishing detection), keyword-based warnings, duplicate-flood protection, an AI assistant that answers coding questions when mentioned, help-thread indexing, and on-demand translation. Message content from public channels may be stored to support these features and server statistics.
Presence Data
We use the Presence intent to display live member online/offline status and current activity in our public server-statistics widget. The most recent presence status and activity name are stored alongside the member record and updated as presence changes.
AI Processing
Message content may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google AI) at runtime to classify spam and to generate assistant responses. This processing is for inference only. Your message content is NOT used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any machine-learning or AI model, whether ours or a third party's.
Data Storage
Data is stored off-platform (outside of Discord) in our own database, hosted on infrastructure we control. Access is restricted to the operators of Coding Global. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as it is needed to provide community features. Member and statistics data persists while you are a member of the server. You may request deletion of your data as described below; data tied to moderation actions may be retained where required for safety and abuse prevention.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party AI providers described above for the sole purpose of operating Bot features, and only as necessary. We may disclose data where required by law.
Your Choices
You can limit data processing by leaving the server or by removing the Bot if you are a server administrator. Where an opt-out command is offered, you may use it to exclude your data from optional tracking. Contact us for help with any of these choices.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
