Collaborate with team members and U.S.-based clients. Attend live interviews as part of the hiring process. Be proactive in seeking and driving new opportunities. Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously. ✅ Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal. 4+ years of professional full stack development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, python/Django Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Proactive mindset — able to identify and act on new opportunities, suggest improvements, and take initiative without constant supervision.
