Hey So I am trying to run a NGO here are all the details. We are currently fiscally sponsored by hack club : Name: OpeCoders Current Staffs: 3 Goal: - increase the interest of teens towards technology and foster the potential in teens - give teen enthusiasts opportunity to collaborate with each other. - build essential skills like leadership, communication - provide mentorship to students - Give Opportunities equivalent to InternShips - Provide Certifications for them Our Plan : - We will talk will sponsors, do different kind of competitions that will help them collaborate with other people with similar interest and will provide them with prizes - We will do certain Workshops and that particular workshop will also be done by teens which will help them build skills like teaching communications also we will provide equivalent payments to them - We will look for people who wants some people for creating projects(Open Source Preffered) - Just like GSoC, We will assign coder to these projects which will provide them hand on experience and how real world applications work and will also be paid for the project. - We will occasionally also pay experts to run certain workshops for coding and ultimately will have enough resource that anyone will be able to learn any coding related skills for free. - We will sometimes talk will successful programmer like FAANG employees and organize webnars and conferences. Please note that we are a nonprofit organization that works on donation and sponsors so we cant provide paycheck for you right from the start but we might be able to do it after some time.
