Unlock .exe

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can help me with a project (50€). I have two .exe game files from an old game called Teeworlds. Both files are almost identical, but one client has additional features that are locked. This particular client is discontinued, and I can no longer use it because it requires some kind of account status check to access the game. For reference, this is the original game: https://ddnet.org/downloads/. The modified client I used to play had extra functions, which I’d like to use again. Would it be possible to either: Remove the account status check from the modified client to make it functional again, or Copy the additional features from the modified client to the original game client?
