Solana NFT Project

Just some background, basically created a project on solana a while back with the intention of creating a collection which granted the utility of a sniping web based app. In a nutshell my friend the developer walked out on me leaving the project in limbo. The following skills are required: - proficiency in rust and backend for building the app - some knowledge to help me create the front end, I have a template I made in figma I would like to bring to life Not a huge budget, would prefer to pay someone upfront and get the work done once and for all. Guidance is welcome, just really want to get this in motion, spent a lot of time creating the art, brainstorming and making connections in the space would hate for all the work to go to waste.
