Facing issues while setting up a AI agent locally in python.🥹🥹

I am cloning a python repo locally and want to set it up. but when i install dependencies via pip then it throws error as : "no DOCTOR_AI module found" The version of streamlit or pip might be depricated but i still want to run so how should i roll back and set it up Also main issue with this is i am not aware of the .env variable of this project.
