Help with using the .join method

hi! can anyone help explain how to correctly use the join method here? i’m trying to string together the words so that when it runs it shows: armando says he will cook a pie. i keep getting an error. if you know how the code should correctly be formatted to get the desired answer, please let me know. thanks!
