I want to use my Lcd monitor on my micropython esp32

i tried a few libraries and i just have no idea. im pretty new to this. its a 4 x 20 lcd monitor named 2004A v 2.0. the pin are connected correctly but since i turned the power one there is just one picture( the first and third Colum are completely filled and the second and fourth are completely empty)
