Need Help w/ Discord Bot

Problem: I got my Bot in this Format: Folder -> Cogs Folder with all the Features in it -> bot.py outside the cogs folder for the bot startup, RPC etc. and config.json where I save the bot token etc. Now I want the bot commands only to be accessible to admins so normal people cant use them and instead of pasting some stuff after every command I just wanna do it once in the bot.py
