Python Script + A little Guide

I'm looking for someone that can make a script for me that: 1. Creates a folder in a specified directory 2. Downloads a file from the internet into this directory 3. Runs the file 4. Uninstall discord app that's it i can pay a tiny sum if necessary(like 2 bucks or something) but i also need a little guide where to put things like directories etc contact DM for more, or create it and contact me
