I try to make a easy TTS module, but get this problem: Cannot find reference 'keras' in '__init__.py

Can someone please help me solve this issue, i tried the whole day to solve it but didnt get it. I need to import keras but this issue occures all the time: Cannot find reference 'keras' in '__init__.py | __init__.py'
