Need help with a skeleton code of a login application which is due in the following 2 weeks

Hey guys I've got an assignment of a skeleton code for a login application, in which I'll have to make a login application and fill in the missing pieces. I have been provided with the following: phonebook, password generator and an accounts.txt file which contains the usernames and passwords used for the login application.
