The recruiter will focus on sourcing candidates with technical backgrounds and strong communication skills who are comfortable interacting with clients and participating in project discussions.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
• Search for potential candidates through online platforms and professional networks
• Contact and communicate with candidates regarding opportunities
• Conduct basic screening to evaluate candidate suitability
• Identify candidates with both technical knowledge and strong communication skills
• Organize and share candidate profiles with the team
• Coordinate initial introductions or interviews when needed
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, or professional networks
• Basic understanding of software development or IT roles
• Ability to evaluate candidate communication and professionalism
• Strong research and organizational skills
Recruiting experience is preferred but not strictly required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT positions
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms
• Experience communicating with international candidates

Compensation
Hourly rate: $10 per hour
