What You’ll Be Doing
Finding and reaching out to talented IT professionals
Posting jobs and promoting openings on different platforms
Reviewing resumes and speaking with candidates to understand their experience
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Building a strong network of IT professionals for future roles
Helping us grow our talent pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Experience in recruiting (IT recruiting is a big plus)
Comfortable communicating with people and building relationships
Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting tools
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
