I have another project related to this one we're working on that I need to develop urgently. It would be an AI service to manage comments on social media content and Google My Business. In other words, if someone posts something negative in Google comments or comments on any Facebook or Instagram content about a company or person, the system acts like a human and comments positively to counteract that content, engaging in discussion. We can also run engagement campaigns. The system detects when a product or person is being discussed in a specific area across the Facebook and Instagram network, and the AI ​​comments on and recommends the product, adding a link to the store so people can purchase it. We can then track this with a statistics dashboard. We can also automatically generate content for social media. It creates content related to the company, automatically generating images and videos with an avatar to upload, which, as I mentioned, can then be promoted with interactions. Essentially, it acts as a community manager. I know there are AI systems that already function as community managers, but this would require synchronizing a series of tools to automate the entire process. I'd like to know your opinion and what the potential cost of this project might be. It could also be integrated with what we're already developing.
