Trying to make a indie game studio

My goal is to make an indie game studio, might be a bit hard but I at least want to try. I want to create games that are fun and enjoyable for people, but i never really got to learning how to code. So I want to find the opportunity to find people that are willing to create games just like I want to too. 3d modelers, c# programmers, 3d animators, 2d animators, any are appreciated
