3D room scanning

If I were to replicate my room as a 3D model, how would I do it? I won't use Polycam's LiDAR scanner or anything that involves platform lock-ins or annual subscriptions, but there does exist photogrammetry software alternatives such as Meshroom, Open3D, and COLMAP.
