hey guys. Got question, which isn’t related to programming languages, but is related to interviews

So, in my original country there is opportunity to ask to be payed for a test exercise for work. So like companies gives you a test task (write a clone of Airbnb) and they ask for some cash for that. Is it popular in Germany or across EU? Also is there any opportunities to be test paid for 1 month or something like that? Thank you in advance!
