Let one linux program execute commands on another one.

Hi, I have an machine, where basically Mosquitto-MQTT and Zabbix are installed. MQTT is the protocoll for switching the relay. Zabbix is the tool that needs to trigger MQTT commands. Using SSH, I have described it in the shell.
