Minecraft coding (i think)

Hello, I was just wondering if there’s anyone here that is aware or knows how to mess with coding for mine craft although i’m not sure if it’s coding. What I wanted to do was to make a weapon on a server in mine craft where it can Dash forward, do implosion damage and give you extra hearts all in one right click. If you know please let me know
