Lua Starting

Hello, Ive been searching for a good lua tutorial but i cant find any. I wanna make lua fivem scripts. But i dont have any other knowledge of other coding languages. A friend of mine said i dont need any other. So whats the best way to start lua? Or whats the best turorial to begin.
