Searching for Lua Coder

Searching for a lua coder for some (easy) tasks. You will have to combine https://github.com/cloudflare/lua-resty-cookie and https://gist.github.com/chrisboulton/6043871 and https://github.com/openresty/lua-resty-limit-traffic to block no whitelisted cookies and rate_limit them. You will get paid and a premade server with explanation.
