Is there any simple cookies library

The title is quite self explainatory but basically said. Just a plain ass library made in vanilla JS to work with cookies.

I can't seem to easily find any anymore so i'm making my own kind. But I don't understand why it isn't there.

And ofcourse i'm using google but it mostly leads to libraries or docs for node.js/react and such.
