Who is expert?

I’m looking for a skilled and experienced software developer to create a desktop, web and mobile application for me with specific requirements. The project will begin from scratch, no existing software solutions can be used and the software should perform calculations according to my specifications. This job requires the developer to have a deep knowledge of software development principles, methods and techniques and experience with the relevant programming languages and software development platforms. The developer must demonstrate their level of expertise, strive for quality and attention to detail and be willing and able to carry out all necessary development tasks, from research and analysis to debugging and testing. The successful freelancer must have good communication skills and be willing to work closely with me throughout the project so that I can remain fully informed of any updates, changes and issues. The freelancer should have an extensive portfolio of software and program development projects to show previous experience.
