Help for learning Java/ other languages

Hello, I'm new here, so I hope it's okay to ask - I want to learn Java (or really any other programming language that's beginner friendly! I don't mind which), but I need help with that. Maybe in the form of someone talking me through the steps I need to take, via voice call or texting.
If you don't want to help directly like that, could you maybe recommend a book or websites for learning coding that are very beginner friendly?
The only thing I learned so far was to make "hello world" (Java) work. And that was one year ago, and I only managed to do it because a friend directed me through the steps. So, I really need help, and I am an absolute beginner, fair warning.
I'm from Germany by the way, if that makes any difference? (my English is not the best, so - sorry in advance).
