Snake-like Java Game for Comp Sci class and need help on how to implement a few things.

I have 3 classes but I feel I am lacking in quite a few areas. My game works and runs fine, I just need help with additions and how to squeeze them in so that my game fits within the parameters/criteria of the assignment.
