Cannot find Docker environment for Test Container (Mysql) in Spring Boot

I have a problem to run my docker-compose.yml file with docker-compose up --build. I shared the screenshots not to connect mysql database defined in TestContainer. How can I fix the issue. Here is the repo : https://github.com/Rapter1990/bookdelivery
