infrastructure engineer learning web dev, i'm stuck

Hello team! I was hoping to get a pair of eyes on the css for my website.. The issue i'm having is correctly formatting on mobile. My site is messy and amateur, unfortunately. Can someone advise why I can't fix the mobile page scrolling right into blank space, past the content, and the test being a bit too close to the right edge? html/css will be in replies
