Weird question, explained in body

Hello! Im working with Visual Studio (2022) to make a stupid script that opens a window. I've gotten it to open a window right after you close the last one, but I cant make the position of the new window randomised like I want. Any help? If more info is needed, id be happy to share. (I am a complete newbie, I know very little)
