We are looking to hire senior fullstack engineer at our German B2B startup.
Who we are:
4EIGN Talents is dedicated to bridging the gap between international skilled workers and German companies. Our job platform streamlines the talent-acquisition process for companies seeking globally-sourced employees. We manage the whole immigration process, including documents of the candidates, communication with authorities, and candidate preparation for a smooth transition to Germany. We don't have any outside investors on board and finance ourselves just from our revenue!
Our Stack:
Backend & Frontend in SvelteKit, Next.js fully typed with TypeScript
UI in HTML, TailwindCSS and the Skeleton component library
DB/Storage: Xata (with PostgreSQL under the hood), Redis, AWS S3
Purely Serverless Architecture hosted on Vercel
Version Control with Git + GitHub
Test automation using Vitest, Playwright, Storybook and GitHub actions
What we offer:
Fully remote (from anywhere)
50-90k € compensation
Possibility to help with immigration to Germany (if that's interesting to you)
What we need from you:
Take ownership and lead development of larger features
Write and maintain high quality, and well-tested code (we like to move as fast as possible WITHOUT breaking things)
In the future: Lead and manage junior devs
Take initiative: We want you to suggest creative solutions and involve you in architecture decisions as soon as you are familiar with our product!.
Nice to have but not necessary at all: Speak German somewhat fluently
