Looking for Dev who know how to make and control GET PAID TO website

Looking for a Frontend / Full-Stack Developer (Paid – Early Stage Project)

I’m building a Get-Paid-To platform called TreasureEarn using:
• React
• Next.js
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• MongoDB

The project is private and security is very important.

I’m looking for one developer, starting at $20 per week during this early stage. Pay may increase later depending on performance and project revenue.

• Comfortable with React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Experience with MongoDB
• Understands Git and clean commit practices
• Comfortable working in a private GitHub repository
• Able to clone/pull the project into VS Code to work locally
• Can clearly explain the code they write
• Comfortable with screen sharing when needed
• Able to record short demo videos of features built
• Comfortable joining voice calls if needed
• Willing to show live debugging or development process

Security Expectations
• No requesting production secrets or private keys
• No remote access to my computer
• All work must stay inside GitHub
• No installing unrelated or suspicious tools
• No modifying package.json or adding dependencies without discussion

• $20 per week (early-stage rate)
• Paid weekly in crypto (LTC / SOL / USDT / USDC)
• Payment only for completed and approved work
• 1–2 week trial period to test skill and communication
• Pay may increase later based on performance and revenue

If we agree to work together, I will send a formal agreement and a Google Form that must be completed before access is given.

The Google Form includes detailed terms, payment rules, legal information, and confidentiality requirements.
