We are currently looking for someone fluent in English with strong interview and communication skills to join our team at DevGenics. Our agency works full-time on software projects for clients in North America (US and Canada), and we regularly apply for high-value positions and attend interviews. Your Role: Conduct interviews: Join scheduled online meetings or interviews with potential clients or employers. Lead and manage conversations confidently, following our preparation guides and scripts. Ongoing involvement: After successfully passing an interview, you will continue to join client calls (e.g., daily standups, sprint meetings, technical discussions) based on the company's structure and your availability. Collaborate with the team: Coordinate with our team before and after meetings to ensure smooth execution of all tasks. Required Skills: Fluent English and strong communication skills. Basic web programming knowledge or experience in software development. Incentives: You will receive 10%–20% of the income from any job where you successfully pass the interview.
