Hiring native Australian for technical interview

Hiring: Native Australian, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark/Norway for Tech Interview Collaboration We’re looking for a native Australian speaker with good English communication skills and some technical background to help conduct interviews for software development positions with U.S. companies. You don’t need to be a senior engineer — junior-level experience or basic technical understanding is perfectly fine. The key is that you can confidently lead English interviews in a natural, professional tone. What You’ll Do Conduct online interviews (intro, technical, and final rounds) with U.S.-based companies Represent our developer team during calls — we’ll handle all the actual technical work afterward Coordinate with our team of developers (frontend, backend, AI, full-stack, blockchain, etc.) Take on multiple booked interviews as they are scheduled for you Payment & Collaboration Revenue share: 50/50 (after tax) You’ll only handle the interview and communication side, not the actual coding tasks The role allows you to earn income from multiple positions simultaneously Optional: You can also use your Australian, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark/Norway profile to take Australian, Switzerland, Denmark/Norway-based calls and jobs under the same collaboration model Requirements Native Australian, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark/Norway accent & fluent English Some understanding of software development (tech terms, interview flow) Reliable internet connection and professional presence on calls Open to completing two short interviews to confirm communication and technical comfort
