My own encryption algo

I programmed an encryption and decryption algorithm, usable for text entered directly in the terminal, text- and byte files. It’s written in C++ and I called it CipGen HappyFish v0.1.0 (currently it’s under development). Give me honest feedback and feel free to send some commits on GitHub:
