Request for Advice on Grokking Algorithms by Aditya Bhargava

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has read Grokking Algorithms by Aditya Bhargava and could recommend it or not. I struggle a lot with algorithms, especially in practice. I’m better at theory than practice, and I’d like to know if this book is intended for people who don’t understand the theory, or for those who have trouble coding and want to significantly improve their Python skills. Could someone advise me on whether this book would be suitable for me? Thank you in advance.
