Stealth Route App

I was wondering if it is possible to create a kind of stealth route planner app in python, a console program where you put in your cords from where to where and it will calculate (depends on what you put in) a custom stealth route for you. For people that are scared of driving in traffic or just when u wanna take a lil route and rlly have a drivers license :>
