Remote Interviewee – Fluent English, No Coding Required (But Coding = Double Pay)

We’re a small remote team helping people land tech jobs in the U.S. and EU. We’re looking for fluent English speakers (American accent preferred) to act as Interviewees. 🔹 What You’ll Do: Join scheduled interviews using a provided resume/profile Represent the candidate confidently on video calls Attend occasional work meetings after the job is secured No coding or project work required — unless you want to 💡 Bonus Opportunity: If you can also handle real development work after the job is landed, you're a perfect fit — and you'll earn double pay for full participation. 📌 Requirements: Fluent English (American accent preferred) Strong communication skills and on-camera presence Basic knowledge of web or mobile development is a plus U.S. or EU-based preferred 💰 Compensation: $1,000 per job (EU), $2,000 per job (U.S.) / month (as an interviewee) $2,000 per job (EU), $4,000 per job (U.S.) / month (as an interviewee with working on project) Up to $8K–$12K/month if handling multiple roles Double pay if you can handle both meetings and project work We’re not a formal company — just a close, trusted team helping each other grow.
