is flask a viable way to host my api?

I currently have a flask app running with a multitude of endpoints multithreaded and such, being served in tandem with nginx for port management but im wondering if this is the best way I can go about it, it seems unstable at times so I had to implement crash protection so that it automatically gets restarted if it dies. I dont mind using something else and recoding it all because im pretty bored rn anyways.
