Problems with Paho-MQTT Connection

Hey guys, I've got a Problem with my Pycharm project: I've just started programming Python for a study project and after a long fight with the Python-Interpreter I successfully included Paho-MQTT to my Project. Nevertheless, I still get an error in my Linux cmd, that there is no Module named Paho installed. I also tried installing it via pip in a venv, without success. I would be very thankful if somebody could help me
