Whatsapp Bulk Messenger Error

Hello, I am trying to use this program for Whatsapp to Bulk Message and I seem to be facing an issue, I looked through the gits issues tab and saw someone say to change the requirements to selenium 4.9.0 but it still didn't work, can someone help me find the issue?
