Whatsapp Bulk Messenger Error

Hello, I am trying to use this program for Whatsapp to Bulk Message and I seem to be facing an issue, I looked through the gits issues tab and saw someone say to change the requirements to selenium 4.9.0 but it still didn't work, can someone help me find the issue? Thank you!
