Need help with a skeleton code of a login application which is due in the following 2 weeks

Hey guys I've got an assignment of a skeleton code for a login application, in which I'll have to make a login application and fill in the missing pieces. I have been provided with the following: **phonebook**, **password generator** and an **accounts.txt** file which contains the usernames and passwords used for the login application.
