rate limiting

i have a discord bot i made on replit but like it started getting rate limited then someone said its cause replit has like a bunch of apis on the same ip so i moved my bot to sparkedhost yesterday and it was fine then today it says im temporarily blocked due to exceeding the rate limit to much.. i just dont know how to avoid being rate limited..
