Is_admin does not exist

I am making a website for business consulting and the company can get peapole to invest and win/lose money and since the country that the company is based in they can only accept cash so the admins need to edit the numbers of the users dashboard but iam trying to make an admin panel with IsAdmjn check but iam getting this error in my local host: Target class[is_admin] does not exist I installed the is_admin in the kernel.php i did double check that the IsAdmin is spelled correctly in the middleware i checked the routes in my web.PHP and stil notthing fix it I just need to fix this nothing more or less i can send the code or as many informatie i can give just to fix this i have been stuck on it for 4 hours now not even chatgbt or deepseek or any ai did help
