I am currently working on a concept for a security- and privacy-focused operating system called GhostOS. The idea is a hardened Android (AOSP)-based system with integrated features such as a VPN, private DNS, and advanced privacy tools—without compromising usability.
I am still at an early stage and currently have no budget. Therefore, I am looking for volunteers or experienced developers who are interested in sharing their insights or contributing to the project.
Does anyone have experience with:
Android (AOSP) or custom ROMs such as LineageOS or GrapheneOS?
System hardening and privacy?
Android forking and OS development?
