Error while installing react nextjs template

Hi everyone, hope everyones day is going well! I just bought a template from themeforest made in React, it's a NextJS template and when I follow the docs and run the installation I constantly get errors, I even got to a point where I asked the support team for help and they updated their product. I just downloaded the new files and I'm still facing issues, here is how the process went: 1.First I run 'yarn' once im in the right directory and while that's installing I'm getting quite a few warnings but the installation still goes through. (First image is terminal of this) 2.After all this it's time to run the local server so i execute 'yarn dev' and I get the following error (Image 2) -Like it's asking I did run the 'npx browserslist@latest --update-db' but the issue persists. Also yes Node and yarn are installed and Node is running on the latest version
