Can someone explain what this simple code even means?

heights = [161, 164, 156, 144, 158, 170, 163, 163, 157] can_ride_coaster = [height for height in heights if height > 161] print(can_ride_coaster) This is the code. I'm confused on what all these things mean and there function. If someone can explain in detail but very simply what this means, I would be extremely happy.
