How do I create a Timer in a tkinter Label?

Hello I would like to create a timer in a tkinter label. But I don't know how to do that I watched tutorials on YouTube how to make one but none of them had the requirements for the timer I actually wanted. Can someone help me?
Here are the requirements:
. It should be preset
. It should count up to 0
. If the timer is 0 then it should create a text
