Graphics card overheated

Hey, my Laptop turns off as soon as I use it a little more intensively. I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming with an Intel i7-7700 2,8 GHz, 16 GB Ram, and a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. I've already had the temperatures read out and I found out that the average temperatures are around 90°C in game and 47°C in normal. But just before the Laptop shuts down, temperatures jump to 120°C in less than a second. So I am wondering wheres the problem and how I can fix it inexpensive. I`ve already cleaned the cooler and checked the power adapter. I would really appreciate if someone can help me.
