Can somebody help me build this

I want a game u can walk around with with a joystick and theres a jump button to jump and add guns in the game that are in the ground where u can pickup with a button where u get close and make the game first person shooting pov and also make the guns very good work and add mountains roads and cars that like follow automatic lanes and roads like ai and add civilization u can shoot and add a beach and there are alot of people there add few cars i could ride and when i ride the car put the perspective into 3rd person so i can drive and add a gear like reverse drive park and neutral and u can exit or get in a car and add like a wheel to turn the car and the 2 pedals to stop and go and make the civilization very realistoc characters and make the map like a city and srrounded by ocean kind of like an island or hawaii and make the map city and alive make the grass green add houses and parks Doesn't have to be realistic just doodles n shi
