Need help with minecraft plugin

Heyo. Not sure if its the right place to ask for this kind of help but i couldnt hire a developer cuz of economy problems. We get paid $300-350 for a month most goes on bills and food and so on. sadly i coulnt afford a plugin dev. Is there anyone who could help me a little or create this plugin for us?
